James Gnanaraj Rajamani is an accomplished entrepreneur, visionary, and dedicated leader with an extensive track record in founding and scaling successful businesses across diverse industries. Professional Journey
James began his career as a Engineering Assistant in India before advancing to the role of Engineering Supervisor in Mauritius. This foundational experience provided him with valuable technical expertise, which he later expanded upon when he became a Maintenance Engineer in Ghana in 2005.

Recognizing the potential for a more significant impact within the industry, James decided to pivot towards business. In 2008, he established Kingdom Exim Ghana Limited, an agro-export company focused on trading various agricultural products, including cashew nuts, shea nuts, soybeans, teak logs, and sesame seeds. Under his leadership, in 2017, Kingdom Exim evolved into a multinational conglomerate—Kingdom Exim Group of Companies—boasting over a thousand employees and a diversified portfolio across seven key sectors: agriculture, shipping, hospitality, technology, engineering and construction, animal feed, mining, and quality services.

Further enhancing his business credentials, James earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Leadership Management & International Relations in 2015. This advanced degree deepened his expertise in business strategy, leadership, and global relations, equipping him to steer the Kingdom Exim Group towards sustained growth and innovation.

Under James Rajamani's guidance, Kingdom Exim Group has earned distinguished awards, showcasing excellence in governance, export performance, and leadership. Notable recognitions include the African Governance & Corporate Leadership Award (2016) and the prestigious Ghana Export Promotion Authority President's National Exporter of the Year, which they received consecutively in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Their strong export performance was further highlighted by the Ghana Business Awards, where they were named Exporter of the Year from 2018 to 2022.

In recognition of his exceptional contributions, James was appointed Chairman of the India Africa Trade Council (IATC) in 2021.
