Dr. Immanuel began his career as a Mechanical Engineer, gaining valuable experience in both India and Mauritius. This technical foundation equipped him with essential skills in engineering and business, culminating in the attainment of his Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Export and Import Management Operations Management from India in 2015.

In 2008, Dr. Immanuel was invited to Ghana by his brother to establish and manage Kingdom Exim Ghana Limited. What started as a modest venture with only two employees has flourished into a diversified conglomerate encompassing multiple companies across various industries, employing thousands within and beyond Ghana's borders. His expertise in business strategy and governance has been pivotal in shaping the organization’s strategic decision-making, planning, systems administration, training, and quality assurance.
