Iftin Mills is the Head of HR & Legal at Kingdom Exim Group, where she plays a dual role in managing the company’s human resources and legal functions. Holding a degree in Human Resource Management and a recently completed law degree from the University of London, Iftin combines her expertise in HR with a solid legal foundation to ensure the Group operates with compliance, integrity, and a people-centered approach.

In her role, Iftin oversees talent acquisition, employee development, and departmental budgeting, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation across all Kingdom Exim Group teams. Her expertise in customs, excise, and preventive services regulations allows her to provide specialized compliance support to the Group's Shipping & Logistics division. This comprehensive approach to HR and legal frameworks supports Kingdom Exim’s mission of building a skilled, dedicated workforce aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Iftin also manages contract negotiations and agreements with third-party vendors, ensuring that the Group’s legal and operational interests are safeguarded.
